Description

Lead large-scale IAM remediation projects, coordinating application migrations to SailPoint and ForgeRock while ensuring audit compliance. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and technical execution across hybrid Waterfall and Agile frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and deliverables for complex, long-term IAM Ops audit remediation engagements.
• Coordinate the migration of applications to SailPoint and the transition to ForgeRock for access management.
• Drive project execution within a hybrid Waterfall and Agile structure to meet technical milestones.
• Communicate across multiple technical groups to ensure alignment and resolution of blockers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in enterprise project management.
• Proven track record managing large, complex enterprise projects with strict deadlines.
• Direct experience with IAM Ops and security-focused environments.
• Practical knowledge of Waterfall methodologies for structured project delivery.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for tracking user stories and Agile processes.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management expertise.
• Ability to function as a self-starter in high-stakes audit remediation contexts.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working within Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBSMA) or similar Blue environments.
• Background in Business Analysis to support technical requirements and stakeholder alignment.
