Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications within ERP and CRM systems. You will own the build and deployment process and manage a development team.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions and high-level/low-level architecture under architect supervision.
• Manage a development team, performing peer code reviews and defining coding standards.
• Own the build and deployment process, acting as the single point of contact for resolving deployment issues.
• Execute full SDLC tasks including requirement analysis, effort estimation, unit testing, and defect RCA.
• Drive technical excellence by identifying problem patterns, optimizing system efficiency, and reusing proven design patterns.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in application development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and the full SDLC.
• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on expertise with REST API and SOAP API.
• Proficiency with CI/CD frameworks and Git.
• Experience using Maven for build automation.
• Competency in Groovy or Bash scripting.
• Ability to create functional design specifications and deployment documentation.
• Experience working within Scrum frameworks and managing sprint deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Experience contributing to RFP processes and technical estimations.
• Proven ability to mentor junior leads and technical teams.
