What's the Job?

• Lead the design, development, and support of complex integrations between Workday and enterprise systems such as ERP, HRIS, Finance, and Payroll.
• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions using Workday tools like Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday Orchestration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Implement data transformation and processing workflows, ensuring data integrity and validation across integrations.
• Support testing, deployment, and ongoing monitoring of integrations, proactively resolving issues to ensure seamless operations.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Workday integrations and related development tools.
• Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Workday Extend, and orchestration capabilities.
• Proven experience integrating Workday with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP web services, APIs, middleware tools, and data transformation techniques
