Description

Lead the design, development, and support of complex integrations between Workday and enterprise systems including ERP, HRIS, Finance, and Payroll.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, secure integration solutions using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday Orchestration.
• Implement data transformation and processing workflows to ensure data integrity and validation across all integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, and ongoing monitoring of integrations, proactively resolving issues to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Workday integrations and related development tools.
• Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday Extend.
• Proven experience integrating Workday with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP web services, APIs, and middleware tools.
• Proficiency in data transformation techniques and orchestration capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday Orchestration for complex business process automation.
