Description

Lead Epicor implementation tasks and manage functional deliverables for complex ERP engagements in Kuala Lumpur.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business requirements gathering, gap analysis, and application mapping to resolve functional discrepancies.
• Develop functional and technical specifications, configuration setups, and proof of concept models.
• Execute system testing and lead training sessions for executive and functional user levels.
• Build reports, queries, and simple customizations using embedded tools.
• Assist sales teams with demonstrations and lead small project teams or independent short-term engagements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in ERP projects within multinational companies.
• Deep functional knowledge of Financials, Logistics, Distributions, MRP, or Supply Chain.
• Proven ability to analyze business operations and propose process improvements or workaround solutions.
• Experience preparing detailed modification specifications and software assessment documents.
• Ability to manage project people, budgets, and equipment simultaneously.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to lead executive management meetings.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of MSSQL server, SQL queries, and Crystal reports.
