Description

You will lead consulting engagements and own the delivery of implementation tasks and quality deliverables.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation tasks and drive deliverables within the project work plan.
• Assist Project Managers in determining timelines, schedules, and project activities.
• Perform business process mapping, analysis, and requirements management.
• Conduct training and knowledge sharing for peers and customer core teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and/or ERP environments.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation and consulting.
• Strong background in Business Process Analysis and Business Process Mapping.
• Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) models.
• Proficiency in Requirements Management and Stakeholder Management.
• Experience implementing software projects within Manufacturing (MES/MRP).
• Ability to travel up to 100% to client sites.
• Strong technical background and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of formal consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
