Description

You will lead the development and maintenance of SAP ERP technologies, delivering scalable solutions for internal teams and managed third parties.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement maintainable solutions across the application landscape.
• Collaborate with SAP business stakeholders to automate manual processes and optimize development workflows.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, business process mapping, solution design, data conversions, and deployment.
• Author functional and technical specifications for off-site technical development and ensure code conforms to established standards.
• Perform technical mapping and gap analysis to recommend architectural improvements and prioritize incidents.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP ERP engineering experience.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA (Core Finance, FSCD, FPSL, Treasury).
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (Budgeting, Planning, and Reporting).
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, and Succession Management).
• Experience with SAP Access Management (GRC), Concur, and Benefit Focus.
• Strong SAP development skills, including programming in S/4HANA and developing FIORI apps.
• Experience writing outbound/inbound ABAP interfaces.
• Knowledge of SAP Basis/Infrastructure, SAP application security, SAP RISE, and Solution Manager.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
