You will prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project plans and documentation.
• Source pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
• Assist Project Managers with project schedule development and subcontract buy-outs.
• Collect relevant project data for estimation.
• Optimize costs while adhering to project requirements.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in bidding large-scale wood framed projects.
• Experience with project costing, budgeting, and estimating for construction projects.
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing architectural and engineering plans and documentation.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building standards.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in Procore, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam software.
