Description

You will validate large-scale data warehouse solutions and ensure data integrity across ETL pipelines through automated testing.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for ETL processes using Python, Java, or Selenium.
• Validate data migration, transformation, and reconciliation logic in data warehouse environments.
• Execute complex SQL queries, including joins, stored procedures, CTEs, and window functions, to verify data accuracy.
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
• Manage defects and test cases using JIRA and ALM or Zephyr within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL Testing and Data Warehouse Testing.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills (complex queries, joins, stored procedures, CTEs, window functions).
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica PowerCenter, Talend, SSIS, or DataStage.
• Proficiency in automation frameworks using Python, Java, or Selenium.
• Knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts including Fact & Dimension tables, Star Schema, and Snowflake Schema.
• Experience with relational databases like Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands and API testing (Postman or REST Assured) is advantageous.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or Asset Management domain.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
