Description

You design and build ETL/ELT jobs to move data from source systems into raw and curated layers using the IDMC cloud.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support ETL mappings using IICS, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Build reusable assets, components, and metadata-driven ingestion frameworks to support end-to-end ETL solutions.
• Deploy mappings for scheduled batch or real-time environments within the IDMC cloud.
• Test, monitor, and optimize job performance in the IDMC cloud.
• Design IICS jobs that leverage Google BigQuery performance features.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ETL/Data Development.
• 10+ years of experience with Informatica technology, including Powercenter, IDQ, IDMC, and IICS.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with IICS, including scripting capabilities.
• 2+ years of recent experience working with GCP BigQuery.
• 5+ years of experience in job scheduling using the IDMC platform or third-party tools.
• Advanced SQL skills and performance tuning capabilities.
• Experience with Layered Architectures, PaaS-based architectures, and SaaS-based applications.
• Proven ability to design ETL-based Cloud PaaS and SaaS solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Data migration experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP using IICS.
• Experience working within Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
