Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex ETL solutions and data integration processes using Ab Initio.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of ETL solutions using Ab Initio components including GDE, EME, and Co-Operating System.
• Translate business and architectural requirements into scalable data pipelines.
• Optimize ETL job performance and troubleshoot data issues in large-scale production environments.
• Mentor developers, manage code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to support release management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Ab Initio development (GDG, EMG, Conductor, Co-Operating System, Continuous Flows).
• Deep expertise in ETL design patterns and data warehousing concepts.
• Proven ability to handle large volumes of data and perform complex performance tuning.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and metadata management.
• Advanced problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring developer teams.
• Bachelor's degree.
