Description

You will design and implement critical batch processing systems and ETL solutions within a compliance technology organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality ETL code using Informatica and scalable database systems.
• Build and maintain Unix scripts to support data transformation and processing workflows.
• Optimize Oracle database queries and overall system performance.
• Lead design and implementation initiatives as a hands-on architect.
• Collaborate with users in an Agile Scrum environment to refine requirements and technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience developing ETL solutions using Informatica (version 10.5.2 preferred).
• Deep expertise in PL/SQL, stored procedures, and Oracle 19c.
• Strong experience with Oracle database query optimization and performance tuning.
• 5-10 years of experience in Unix environments and Shell scripting.
• Proven experience with data warehousing and OLTP solutions.
• Practical experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment using pair programming and daily stand-ups.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Domain Driven Design and distributed systems.
• Background in Compliance, Entity, or Transaction Scanning domains.
• Experience with Java/J2EE technologies and JIRA.
