Description

Lead ETL design, data modeling, and development for the Data Services team. Translate stakeholder requirements into technical designs for the Enterprise Data Warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Lead ETL design and data modeling initiatives, facilitating development best practices.
• Research existing systems to map process flows, identify gaps, and document technical specifications.
• Perform code reviews, develop unit and performance tests, and ensure security requirements are met.
• Manage migration plans, roadmap creation, and progress reporting using Agile methodology.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle databases.
• 5+ years in Data Warehousing, including building relational databases and star schemas.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Modeling.
• 4+ years with ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) or Informatica IDMC.
• 3+ years with Databricks Lakehouse and/or Delta tables.
• 2+ years designing and supporting Kimball method data warehouses on SQL Server or Oracle.
• Strong SQL reading and writing skills.
• Experience with Change Management, Release Management, and Source Code control.
• Background in Data Integration (ETL), Data Security, and Enterprise Data Warehouse development.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field.
