Description

You will act as the Subject Matter Expert for the CEPI SLDS data warehouse, managing data administration, modeling, and the transition of ETL processes from on-premise to cloud servers.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain physical and logical database models, data dictionaries, and relational database structures.
• Manage SQL Server instances across development, QA, pre-release, and production environments.
• Execute database security, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery monitoring.
• Perform performance tuning, database maintenance, and monitoring of server infrastructure.
• Coordinate the implementation of architectural frameworks and manage database object definitions using DDL and DCL.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in database management and ETL development.
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and SQL scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Database Services.
• Strong proficiency in SQL data modeling and prototyping.
• Experience with DevOps and Git workflows.
• Knowledge of Sas.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to manage 35+ collection databases and 100+ analysis databases.
