Description

You will design and manage complex data integration workflows and lead large-scale data migration efforts for a major system modernization project.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead data profiling and source-to-target mapping exercises to define data structures and relationships.
• Design complex data integration workflows and manage data migration from on-premise solutions to cloud databases.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to identify and resolve data irregularities.
• Mentor junior developers in data profiling and mapping techniques.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure data alignment with project objectives within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or ETL Developer.
• Expertise in SQL, specifically with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Deep understanding of data management concepts including MDM, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Data Security, ILM, and Data Governance.
• Proven experience in data integration and migration.
• Ability to work within Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and iterative development.
• Strong analytical skills to break down complex data issues into actionable tasks.
• Effective stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating data from on-premise environments to cloud databases.
