Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of data integration solutions focused on Guidewire DataHub and InfoCenter.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ETL development team by providing technical guidance and mentoring junior developers.
• Design and optimize ETL pipelines using SAP Data Services to integrate multiple data sources into Guidewire DataHub/InfoCenter.
• Collaborate with data architects and insurance domain experts to define data models and reporting solutions.
• Troubleshoot ETL job failures, performance bottlenecks, and integration issues within Oracle databases.
• Ensure seamless integration between PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and ContactManager.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ETL development with a focus on Guidewire DataHub/InfoCenter.
• Guidewire Certified DataHub/InfoCenter Developer (latest releases preferred).
• Expertise in SAP Data Services ETL tool.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle databases, including SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning, and data modeling.
• Experience with Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance data models and workflows.
• Proven track record of 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of Guidewire DataHub/InfoCenter.
• Strong understanding of Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PC, CC, BC, CM) integration patterns.
• Ability to design and implement scalable ETL solutions for enterprise-level data management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working independently with customers to translate data requirements into technical designs.
