Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of data integration solutions for Guidewire DataHub and InfoCenter. You will manage the ETL development team, providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize ETL pipelines using SAP Data Services to integrate multiple data sources into Guidewire DataHub/InfoCenter.
• Troubleshoot ETL job failures, performance bottlenecks, and integration issues within Oracle databases.
• Collaborate with data architects and insurance domain experts to define data models and reporting solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration between PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and ContactManager.
• Design and implement scalable ETL solutions for enterprise-level data management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ETL development with a focus on Guidewire DataHub/InfoCenter.
• Expertise in SAP Data Services ETL tool.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle databases, including SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning, and data modeling.
• Guidewire Certified DataHub/InfoCenter Developer (latest releases preferred).
• Proven track record of 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of Guidewire DataHub/InfoCenter.
• Strong understanding of Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PC, CC, BC, CM) integration patterns.
• Experience with Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance data models and workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working independently with customers to translate data requirements into technical designs.
