Description

You will design and optimize database solutions and ETL pipelines for executive compensation platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Engineer relational database structures for compensation plan workflows, replacement awards, and tax distribution.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes within distributed computing environments.
• Optimize SQL queries and perform database performance tuning to ensure system efficiency.
• Manage code through version control and established change management processes.
• Balance project-specific tasks with general operational work.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL development and data architecture.
• Strong background in Informatica.
• Proficiency in IBM Db2 and Sybase, including relational database design.
• Advanced SQL skills with proven experience in performance tuning and optimization.
• Hands-on development with Shell scripting and PERL programming.
• Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
• Proficiency with GIT for version control.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data modeling.
