Description

You will design, develop, and optimize enterprise-level data integration solutions and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes for data movement, transformation, and loading across systems.
• Analyze business and data requirements to translate them into technical specifications and ETL workflows.
• Optimize ETL performance, including data loading, transformation logic, and job scheduling.
• Work with data architects and analysts to ensure consistent and accurate data delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing ETL jobs and data pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10–15 years of experience in ETL development and data warehousing.
• Strong proficiency in ETL tools such as Talend, DataStage, or Azure Data Factory.
• Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills with database experience (Oracle, Snowflake, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, data integration, and data quality frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data architectures.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts (Star/Snowflake schemas, slowly changing dimensions, etc.).
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Shell, etc.) for automation.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Kafka for event-driven data integration.
