Description

Lead the Rapid Deployment team in designing and maintaining data warehousing solutions and ETL pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of daily and monthly ETL/ELT processes to ensure business continuity.
• Guide the team through design discussions, including data modeling and enforcing warehousing best practices.
• Manage production support by performing root cause analysis, resolving tickets via SNOW or ADO, and monitoring batch workloads.
• Implement CI/CD for database and ETL workloads across all existing pipelines.
• Perform platform maintenance, including DR testing, server upgrades, patch installations, and performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with MSBI, specifically SSIS and SQL Development.
• Strong proficiency in ETL processes and Data Warehousing principles.
• Hands-on experience with SSRS and Python.
• Expertise in data modeling using tools such as Erwin, Visio, or ER Studio.
• Experience with T-SQL and database performance tuning.
• Proficiency in managing workflows through SNOW or ADO ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD implementation for database workloads.
