Description

You will design and implement data integration solutions, manage complex data workflows, and support data management initiatives across DB2 and SQL Server environments.

Responsibilities

• Transition abstract concepts into stable, supportable software solutions.
• Manage data pipelines using ETL tools and event streaming technologies.
• Develop unbiased technical recommendations and comparisons for complex problems.
• Identify and communicate technical risks and opportunities to the team.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support production systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL development.
• Proficiency with IBM DataStage or similar ETL frameworks.
• Experience with event streaming including Kafka, Kafka Streams, or Spark Streaming.
• Strong command of SQL Server and DB2.
• Hands-on experience with Unix environments.
• Programming proficiency in Python and Java.
• Experience using IBM Robot Scheduler.
