Description

Develop ETL code and manage automation testing suites for data mart applications in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver code enhancements, regression test suites, and new data mart components.
• Troubleshoot, tune, and debug existing ETL code and data mart applications.
• Update automated testing routines and integrate new software into operational environments.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and analysts to clarify requirements and ensure accurate business outcomes.
• Provide production support and maintenance for existing systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years in data warehousing.
• 3+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter (versions 8x, 9x, or 10x).
• 2+ years of experience with Informatica Cloud (IICS/IDMC).
• Proficiency in automation testing using Selenium and either Java or Python.
• Experience with Shell scripting and Linux/Unix environments.
• Strong expertise in SQL and Unix scripting.
• Deep understanding of Data Modeling and Dimensional Modeling, including Star and Snowflake schemas.
• Experience working with Columnar Databases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cucumber for automation testing.
