Description

You will validate ETL, data warehouse, and reporting solutions by executing test plans, test cases, and automated regression suites to ensure data accuracy in reports and dashboards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review business and technical requirements to create test plans that define scope, strategy, and risks for software releases.
• Document, maintain, and execute detailed test cases to verify system functionality, integration, and automated regression.
• Deploy release builds, maintain test environments, and troubleshoot configuration issues in UNIX/Linux settings.
• Perform functional, integration, and system testing for ETL and reporting-based solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise application testing, including test case development and execution.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, particularly within Oracle environments.
• Experience with Python scripting for test automation or data validation.
• Hands-on experience testing ETL systems and reporting solutions such as Tableau or Business Objects.
• Extensive knowledge of testing methodologies, analysis, and defect reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple workstreams effectively.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience working in UNIX/Linux environments.
