Description

You will lead quality assurance for data platforms and Power BI solutions, ensuring accuracy across MDM, ETL, and reporting layers.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategies for data pipelines, MDM outputs, and Power BI dashboards.
• Lead functional, regression, and performance testing for large-scale data and BI solutions.
• Validate complex data transformations, DAX calculations, KPIs, and visualization logic.
• Develop automated testing frameworks for data quality and BI validation.
• Mentor and guide offshore QA team members on best practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in QA for data platforms and BI solutions with leadership exposure.
• Strong expertise in SQL for data validation and ETL testing.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI testing, including advanced DAX.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Pytest.
• Familiarity with Informatica MDM data flows and AWS-based data environments.
• Excellent communication skills for offshore/onshore coordination.
• Experience in testing ETL processes.
