Description

You will lead quality assurance for data platforms and Power BI solutions, ensuring accuracy across MDM, ETL, and reporting layers.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategies for data pipelines, MDM outputs, and Power BI dashboards.
• Lead functional, regression, and performance testing for large-scale data and BI solutions.
• Validate complex data transformations, DAX calculations, KPIs, and visualization logic.
• Develop automated testing frameworks for data quality and BI validation.
• Mentor offshore QA team members and collaborate with architects and developers to align solutions with requirements.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of experience in QA for data platforms and BI solutions, including leadership exposure.
• Strong expertise in SQL for data validation and ETL testing.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI testing, including advanced DAX and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Informatica MDM data flows and AWS-based data environments.
• Experience in test automation tools for data and BI validation (Selenium, PyTest, or custom frameworks).
• Any Graduate degree required.

• Excellent communication skills for offshore/onshore coordination and stakeholder reporting.
