Description

You will define and implement QA strategies for data pipelines, MDM outputs, and Power BI dashboards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional, regression, and performance testing for large-scale data and BI solutions.
• Validate complex data transformations, DAX calculations, KPIs, and visualization logic.
• Develop automated testing frameworks for data quality and BI validation.
• Review and approve test plans, cases, and scripts prepared by junior QA engineers.
• Document defects, provide root cause analysis, and drive resolution with development teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in QA for data platforms and BI solutions, including leadership exposure.
• Strong expertise in SQL for data validation and ETL testing.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI testing, including advanced DAX and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Informatica MDM data flows and AWS-based data environments.
• Experience in test automation tools for data and BI validation (e.g., Selenium, PyTest, or custom frameworks).
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Selenium, PyTest, AWS, and DAX.
• Excellent communication skills for offshore/onshore coordination and stakeholder reporting.
