Description

You will own the QA strategy and execution for complex data pipelines, MDM outputs, and BI solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategies for data pipelines and Power BI dashboards.
• Lead functional, regression, and performance testing for large-scale data solutions.
• Validate complex data transformations, DAX calculations, KPIs, and visualization logic.
• Develop automated testing frameworks for data quality and BI validation.
• Mentor offshore QA team members to ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in QA for data platforms and BI solutions.
• Strong expertise in SQL for data validation and ETL testing.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI testing, including advanced DAX.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or PyTest.
• Familiarity with Informatica MDM data flows and AWS-based data environments.
• Proven experience testing ETL processes.
• Excellent communication skills for offshore/onshore coordination.

• Leadership exposure in QA roles.
