Description

You will design, develop, and test ETL mappings and sessions to support data warehouse and business intelligence implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL mappings using Informatica PowerCenter and IBM DataStage sessions.
• Build parallel jobs, server jobs, and pre/post session UNIX shell scripts.
• Manage Essbase and Planning cube design, security access, and Hyperion Reports.
• Oversee weekly and monthly production scheduling and monitoring.
• Implement change requests and conduct impact analysis for ETL development projects.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
• Proficiency with Essbase Excel Spreadsheet and Calc Scripts.
• Experience designing and testing ETL mappings and sessions.
• Ability to develop and test UNIX shell scripts.
• Knowledge of DataStage, including parallel jobs and server jobs.
• Experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Hyperion Reports.
• Competency in IBM Information Server and Cognos.
• Familiarity with DataStage Administrator for user privileges and project setup.
• Ability to work on-site in NYC, NY or travel to client sites.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ESSCMS and Hyperion Analyzer.
