Lead ETL automation and testing efforts for complex data initiatives across multiple agile teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies for complex data initiatives.
• Lead ETL automation efforts and provide testing oversight.
• Manage testing workflows in a team lead capacity.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve data issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ETL testing.
• Mandatory experience with AWS.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Proven experience in ETL testing and automation.
• Demonstrated experience in a Team Lead role.
• Ability to manage testing oversight for multiple agile teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Healthcare domain.
