Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment.
• Proven expertise in C-suite and leadership hiring across multiple industries.
• Proficiency in market analysis and advanced market mapping techniques.
• Strong background in interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation.
• Demonstrated ability in relationship building and stakeholder management.
• Experience in HR consulting or human resources functions.
