Description

You will lead the end-to-end experience design process, from initial discovery through to high-fidelity prototyping and implementation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Champion user research, data synthesis, and hypothesis development to identify critical user insights.
• Facilitate design workshops with stakeholders and present work to shape product direction.
• Deliver interaction design, illustrations, and component-based design systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams, content strategists, and motion designers to optimize user systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product design.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and UX/UI design tools.
• Expertise in interaction design and visual design.
• Experience with complex system mapping and process mapping.
• Proven ability in user research, iterative testing, and competitive landscaping.
• Skills in wireframing, prototyping, and creating site maps.
• Strong understanding of component-based design-development.
• Ability to design sensory systems, navigation systems, and visual hierarchies.
• Proficiency in creating process and specification documentation.
