Description

Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Champion user research and data synthesis to develop design hypotheses.
• Deliver high-fidelity prototypes, interaction designs, and component-based design systems.
• Facilitate design workshops with stakeholders and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Create detailed specification documentation, site maps, and presentation materials.
• Manage small project tracks autonomously and propose system optimizations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in product design and UX/UI methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and related UX/UI design tools.
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Strong skills in visual design, sensory systems, and navigation design.
• Experience with complex system mapping, process mapping, and competitive landscaping.
• Ability to conduct user research and iterative testing.
• Proven ability to communicate design decisions and present to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with heuristic evaluation and performance data analysis.
• Capabilities in photo or video editing.
• Design experience for emerging technologies including Generative AI.
