Description

You will design, implement, and manage enterprise network solutions in collaboration with infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Process complex incidents, changes, and architecture tasks originating from Service Now for network services.
• Respond to complex on-call escalations during service-impacting events.
• Validate network design implementation by reviewing configurations, installations, and replacements of network components.
• Administer and maintain complex TCP/IP networks remotely using routers and switches.
• Recommend, test, and implement upgrades across platforms including f5OS, PANOS, and IOS.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Enterprise Network infrastructure design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Practical experience with network monitoring tools: Cisco Catalyst Center, Splunk, ThousandEyes, SolarWinds, LiveAction NPM, and Wireshark.
• Experience provisioning data services such as DIA, ASE, and MPLS circuits.
• Experience securing environments using Palo Alto, FirePower, and ASA firewalls.
• Experience managing load balancers, specifically f5 rSeries and distributed cloud.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, including Spanning-Tree, EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
• Familiarity with Cisco network, datacenter, and wireless technologies, and Enterprise DNS/DHCP.
• Proficiency with management tools like SolarWinds, Ansible, Python, ACI APICs, BigIQ, and Panorama.
• Bachelor's degree.
