Description

Lead Oracle EPM implementations with a focus on Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS).

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle FCCS applications and financial consolidation processes.
• Design and build flux reports for variance analysis, executive reporting, and financial analytics.
• Manage data integrations using EPM tools such as Data Management and EDMCS.
• Develop and optimize financial reports, dashboards, and data forms while supporting close cycles, eliminations, and consolidation.
• Troubleshoot system issues, ensure data accuracy, and provide technical leadership and best-practice guidance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle EPM implementations.
• Strong hands-on expertise with FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service).
• Proven experience with flux/variance reporting and financial analytics.
• Solid understanding of financial consolidation processes, including intercompany, eliminations, and ownership structures.
• Experience with EPM reporting tools (FR, Smart View, Narrative Reporting).
• Knowledge of data integration tools within Oracle EPM.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 3 to 5 year tenure in similar consulting or implementation roles.
