Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior-level SAP FICO subject matter expert across finance and controlling functions
• Collaborate with stakeholders at multiple plant sites accessible by car from Monterrey
• Provide guidance and support on core SAP FICO processes and configurations
• Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking teams

Required Skills

• Strong SAP FICO expertise at a senior level
• Broad finance and controlling knowledge (not limited to E-invoicing or Mexico localization)
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Ability to travel to nearby plant locations in the Monterrey metro area

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry environments
• Familiarity with multi-plant SAP rollouts or support
