Description

You will serve as the technical lead for complex field deployments involving NTN and satellite communications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of 5G and IoT platforms over satellite networks (LEO/MEO/GEO).
• Design and validate RF gateway solutions for hybrid terrestrial-satellite connectivity.
• Configure and troubleshoot RF chains, satellite modems, and antennas in field environments.
• Integrate and validate 4G/5G RAN components (gNB/eNB) with Core Network (EPC/5GC).
• Act as the primary technical liaison for customers during deployments and PoCs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in wireless communications, focused on NTN, SATCOM, and 5G RAN/Core systems.
• Deep understanding of RF principles, satellite link budgets, and 3GPP standards.
• Hands-on experience with SATCOM hardware, 5G RAN (gNB), and Core Network functions (AMF, SMF, UPF).
• Proficiency with Telecommunications and Satcom technologies.
• Experience performing spectrum analysis, antenna alignment, and RF diagnostics.
• Knowledge of virtualization (NFV), SDN, and cloud-native network functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience planning and executing field trials capturing KPIs like latency and throughput.
