Responsibilities

• Identify technical solutions for complex business requirements.
• Evaluate the benefits and risks of proposed technical solutions.
• Provide formal recommendations for system improvements and architecture.
• Mentor other technologists to improve team technical capabilities.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Application Engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with FileNet.
• 5+ years of experience mentoring other technologists.
• Experience with IBM technologies.
• Experience with WebSphere.
• Knowledge of content and document management systems.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
