Lead finance department operations, statutory compliance, and strategic financial planning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage statutory compliance for GST, TDS, PF, PT, and ESIC.
• Oversee payroll processing and vendor/customer onboarding.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports while maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Develop investment strategies to optimize working capital and create business plans based on forecasts.
• Advise senior management and the Board on financial decisions and cash flow forecasting.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in finance operations.
• Proficiency in Tally software and MS Excel.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles and account reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, PF, PT, and ESIC regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree in B.Com, BBA, BMS, or Finance specialization.
