Description

You will manage financial, accounting, and statistical reporting for the Medical Group, ensuring compliance with contract parameters and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer general accounting, financial reporting, and physician compensation programs.
• Develop annual budgets and support leadership with operational plans, including service demand and cost-benefit analyses.
• Prepare cash flow analyses, budget variance reports, and internal financial statements for annual audits.
• Monitor financial performance to identify opportunities for reducing operating costs and increasing revenues.
• Manage timely submission of financial data to government agencies, public disclosure portals, and third-party payors.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical group setting under financial services.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive management experience in an investor-owned healthcare organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficiency in Cash Flow and Projection Design.
• Strong quantitative, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• CPA certification.
• Master's degree.
