Description

You will lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic initiatives and senior management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and development of financial models for strategic initiatives.
• Perform variance analysis to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Conduct cost accounting to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
• Implement and manage ERP systems to ensure accurate financial reporting and optimal usage.
• Develop and maintain financial reports comparing actual results against plans, forecasts, and budgets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a financial analysis role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience with ERP implementation.
• Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in cost accounting and data analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software applications.
• Ability to interpret complex financial and operational data for non-financial colleagues.
• Experience within the Healthcare industry.

Preferred Skills

• MBA degree.
