Description

Drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting for local and corporate management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly sales, gross margin, and P&L reporting packages against budget and prior year performance.
• Compile annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for Sales, Cost of Sales, Gross Margin, and P&L statements.
• Develop financial models and analyses to support business partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Operations departments.
• Maintain reporting tools, including management dashboards and Balanced Scorecards.
• Manage key financial master data in SAP, including Cost Centers, Cost Elements, Internal Orders, and WBS project codes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of finance experience in a product-based company or professional services firm.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Experience with BEX Analyzer and BW reporting environments.
• Strong ability to perform root cause analysis and ask probing questions to resolve issues.
• Proven capability to manage tasks and projects independently with high accuracy.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or CPA designation.
