Description

You will drive financial planning, analysis, and investment strategy to support executive decision-making. You own the budgeting process, variance analysis, and long-term financial viability assessments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed annual financial budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Analyze actual versus budget variances on weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules.
• Study marketplace trends, demographics, and microeconomic factors to guide investments.
• Assess the security and viability of company resources and financial outlays.
• Present concise findings and recommendations to the executive audience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of FP&A experience or equivalent tenure in corporate finance, accounting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is required.
• Experience partnering with accounting teams, including basic knowledge of accruals.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, structured presentations.
• Comfort operating in a cross-functional matrixed organization and dealing with ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SQL and Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
• Experience with Hyperion or other financial planning tools.
