Description

You will manage the organization, coordination, and presentation of data relating to financials, contracts, and project metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build, validate, and maintain analytical reporting using data extracted from multiple system platforms.
• Extract, model, and reconcile large datasets to ensure fiscal, project, and resource compliance.
• Compile and aggregate project resource data, including capacity and demand metrics.
• Provide actionable insights through data analysis to support leadership business decisions.
• Perform quality checks on aggregated data to ensure accuracy in reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis.
• Proven experience in FP&A, including OpEx and CapEx budgeting.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, including accruals, capitalization, and prepaid expenses.
• Expert proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
• Expertise in PowerPoint, specifically creating embedded charts, tables, formatting, and flowcharts.
• Ability to reconcile data across disparate system sources.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting analytical findings.
• Bachelor's Degree or Technical Degree.
