Required Qualifications
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent communication with both technical & non-technical stakeholders
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✅ Experience working with large and complex financial datasets
✅ Familiarity with evolving TBM (Technology Business Management) frameworks
✅ Recent state client experience is a MUST
🔹 Preferred Skills
⭐ Experience with Power BI dashboards & cost transparency reporting
⭐ Familiarity with TBM tools & allocation methodologies
⭐ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITFM, CMDB, workflows)
⭐ Experience with PeopleSoft Financials or similar ERP systems
⭐ Prior experience with NYC MTA is a plus
