Description

Lead financial planning and analysis within a global group environment. Own the consolidation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts across product, regional, and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate annual budgets and rolling forecasts across product, regional, and operational teams.
• Collaborate with business unit FP&A teams to analyze consolidated budgets, forecasts, and multi-year outlooks.
• Drive accountability for financial business results against budgets and forecasts.
• Manage corporate overhead costs, including human capital management.
• Analyze P&L, capital expenditures, and key financial metrics to provide actionable insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis within a group FP&A function.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience using WorkDay.
• Ability to work with multiple global partners to develop financial insights and relationships.
• Experience working within an international footprint.
• Ability to navigate risk and ambiguity.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or commerce with CIMA, CPA, ACCA, or ICAI qualification.
• Experience in a global SaaS business.
