Description

You will manage audit execution and compliance oversight for consumer financial regulations. You execute audits related to U.S. consumer financial laws, monitor compliance risks, and report on audit coverage. You use testing tools to perform activities efficiently and support regulatory engagements. You also provide on-the-job training to develop peers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute audits related to U.S. consumer financial laws and regulations.
• Monitor and report on consumer compliance risks and audit coverage.
• Use testing tools to perform audit activities more efficiently.
• Support regulatory engagements and reporting requirements.
• Provide on-the-job training to support the development of peers and teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of direct experience with consumer financial laws and regulations.
• Subject matter expertise in Reg CC, Reg B, FCRA, SCRA, Reg E, UDAP, and CRA.
• Experience in Financial Management and Accounting.
• Direct experience in Auditing, including Financial Audits and Internal Audits.
• Proven track record of complying with or providing oversight for multiple regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with CRCM.
• Any Graduate degree.
