Description

You will manage audit execution and regulatory compliance oversight within consumer financial services in Charlotte, NC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute audits specifically related to U.S. consumer financial laws and regulations.
• Monitor and report on consumer compliance risks and audit coverage.
• Utilize testing tools to increase efficiency in audit activities.
• Support regulatory engagements and reporting requirements.
• Provide on-the-job training to support the development of peers and teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of direct experience with consumer financial laws and regulations.
• Subject matter expertise in Reg CC, Reg B, FCRA, SCRA, Reg E, UDAAP, and CRA.
• Experience in direct responsibility for regulatory compliance or providing audit oversight.
• Proficiency in Financial Management and Accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Financial Audits and Internal Audits.
• Strong background in Auditing and CRCM certification.
• Ability to manage compliance through business-as-usual responsibilities.
