Description

You will own the development, maintenance, and optimization of the central infrastructure, application instances, and databases for the Statewide Budget Solution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop packages to extract data elements into constructed data layouts.
• Design and implement detailed technical infrastructure diagrams and specifications.
• Design and test disaster recovery plans to ensure system continuity.
• Mentor state employees on .NET solutions and development best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
• 6+ years of senior development using ASP.NET, C#, and .NET.
• 6+ years of experience designing and implementing financial and budget applications.
• 6+ years of SQL Server installation, maintenance, and optimization.
• 6+ years of experience with SSIS packages for data import and export.
• 6+ years of experience developing Windows services and Web services.
• 6+ years of experience with VB.NET, TSM, LiteSpeed, and VMware.
• 6+ years of experience with StimulSoft or Active Reports.
• 6+ years of experience configuring and implementing MSDTC and TDE encryption.
• 6+ years of experience working within a financial institution.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
