You will support the Technology business unit through financial reporting oversight, ensuring statement integrity and compliance with accounting requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor month-end close activity and act as the liaison with the shared service centre to ensure result accuracy.
• Enforce a strong control environment by supporting and monitoring operational and SOX financial controls.
• Prepare monthly reporting and analysis of financial results while researching and resolving inquiries.
• Develop financial business cases, models, and templates with a focus on analytic review.
• Complete monthly and quarterly deliverables to assist in the analysis of actuals and forecasts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning or accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and current accounting concepts.
• Proficiency in SOX financial controls.
• Advanced MS Office skills, specifically Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of enterprise financial systems such as Oracle/Hyperion or SAP.
• Experience in data analytics and using insights to drive business impact.
• Proven track record in managing significant process improvements and concurrent project deliverables.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of management and organizational boundaries.
