Description

You will design and develop firmware for substation monitoring and diagnostic systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop firmware solutions for critical substation monitoring and diagnostic systems.
• Verify and test firmware to ensure regulatory compliance and facilitate transitions to mass manufacturing.
• Provide post-release support to sales and customer teams, resolving technical issues.
• Improve software development and validation processes using Scrum Agile methodology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system-level design and architecture decisions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in firmware development.
• Strong knowledge of Embedded C++ and Linux.
• Experience with RTOS and real-time embedded systems.
• Proficiency programming peripheral interfaces (UART, I2C, SPI, ADC).
• Hands-on experience in firmware development and debugging.
• Understanding of real-time data acquisition and processing.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Familiarity with Embedded C.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DSP programming, Matlab, or Python for prototyping.
• Exposure to industrial monitoring systems and hardware-software integration.
